WhatsApp Live uses the unofficial WhatsApp Web protocol (Baileys). It works the same way as WhatsApp Web on your computer. You connect your own number voluntarily, and can disconnect at any time. Only text messages from chats you select are processed.
By default, your manager sees only AI analysis results (deal score, DISC profile, risks) — never the actual messages. You can optionally grant full message access using /wa_share_full, but it’s off by default.
